From the networked coffee machine to the remotely maintainable heavy-duty crane: we have developed worldwide solutions for the individual products and use cases of our customers.

Your area of responsibility as a Apprentices

• You will manage our development and customer servers (Linux operating system)
• You support your colleagues with issues in the hardware and software environment (e.g., MacOS, SharePoint, hardware, and network)
• Communication: You are a competent contact for employees and customers, impressing with your communicative and service-oriented personality.
• You ensure that our company network including firewall and VPN runs smoothly.
• You ensure that our container-based cloud environments operate flawlessly and document the current status of the systems

Your profile

• You have an excellent extended secondary school diploma, general or specialized higher education entrance qualification, or high school diploma, and possess strong logical and analytical skills.
• You have a quick grasp and enjoy mathematical/technical tasks.
• You are passionate about hardware and software, network technologies, and complex IT systems
• Using the command line is no voodoo for you
• You enjoy working in a team and inspire with your friendly and open demeanor
• You love to work independently and responsibly
• You speak German at a native level and can communicate in English and understand English texts
